Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Professional Services UC Consultant based in Riyad. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for delivering our software platform solutions to manage collaboration and UC infrastructures for clients across Middle East. You will also provide Level 2 & 3 technical support and participate in pre-sales activities for proof-of-concept installations.

Key Responsabilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead customer technical implementations, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery in accordance with contractual requirements.

• Solution Design and Integration: Design and integrate solutions, perform updates, customize user interfaces, and deliver comprehensive documentation and reporting.

• Testing and Validation: Test and validate solutions, manage final acceptance, and facilitate skill transfer to customers.

• Technical Support: Provide Level 2 & 3 technical support for Middle East clients and partners, including crisis management.

• Pre-sales Support: Participate in pre-sales activities, including the installation and configuration of proof of concept (POC) or demonstration platforms.

• Client Relationship Management: Contribute to satisfaction surveys, identify roadmap requests with Project Managers and customers, and participate in follow-up meetings.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of technical implementation experience in production environments at a software vendor, system integrator, or UC vendor (Cisco/Webex, Microsoft, Avaya, Zoom).

• Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in UC platforms such as Cisco, Microsoft Teams, Avaya, Zoom, Webex, BroadSoft UC or other Collaboration solutions.

  • Proficiency in Linux systems, VOIP, JavaScript, scripting (bash, Python, PowerShell), system administration in Windows and or Azure. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is highly desirable.

  • Experience with cloud and software as a service platform is a plus.

  • Experience with consuming APIs, web services, and web development is a plus.

  • Cisco, AWS (Solutions Architect), Checkpoint or VMware certifications is a plus.

• Understanding: Thorough understanding of telecom/unified communications, web systems, and software architectures.

• Location: Position base in Riyad. Most of projects are delivered within customers’ offices.
