Based in São Paulo, you will join a dynamic team, where you will report to the Head of Production Brazil.

You will be in contact with our network of partners in Brazil and will have for main missions:

• Recruitment of new affiliates: develop our network of partners in Brazil and LATAM;

• Maintain and develop strong relationships with current partners in Brazil and LATAM;

• Analysis & Reporting: develop dashboards and reports to make recommendations;

• Use your digital marketing expertise to support our network of partners in understanding our offers, monitoring and optimizing their campaigns (advice according to the opportunities you have detected, training in our tools…);

• Presentation of new affiliates to the team;

• Participate in (digital) networking events: trade shows, plenary sessions, parties, breakfasts, etc. to maintain strong relationships with our publishers and increase our network.

• You are fluent in Portuguese and in English, knowledge of Spanish would be a plus;

• Higher education in Business, Communication or Marketing;

• Knowledge of digital marketing and/or online advertising techniques - a first experience in the digital sector is required, preferably with performance and affiliate marketing;

• You have experience in business development or developing new partnerships in the Brazilian market;

• Good interpersonal skills, good negotiation skills;

• You have a strong analytical mind and are able to identify problems and propose solutions;

• You are curious and appreciate teamwork;

• You are at ease with Excel.
