To expand the reach of our efforts, our Education division is establishing the Education Coordination team. Operating under the Education Operations department, the Education Coordination team will be committed to deploying and promoting vocational and knowledge-sharing programs on our main topics (Sound, Business, Human Skills, Digital & AI, Industry).
Reporting to the Head of Education Services Coordination, the Education Coordinator will play a pivotal role in organizing and enhancing education initiatives for L-Acoustics’ employees, partners, customers, and end-users worldwide. He/she will ensure seamless coordination of training sessions, foster relationships with key stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our education operations and digital platforms.
More precisely, the Education Coordinator will contribute to:
Organizing training and events:
Coordinating training sessions and events for employees, partners, customers, and end-users across multiple global locations and sites.
Managing logistics for various events, including certification sessions, user conferences, and masterclasses.
Engaging with stakeholders:
Collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to align training initiatives with business needs.
Supporting external customers by managing contracts, fulfilling requests, and handling inquiries.
Managing learning communities:
Participating in the certification process of L-Acoustics trainers.
Managing learner cohorts and ensure an engaging learning experience.
Fostering engagement within our online community of employees, partners, customers, and end-users.
Improving education operations:
Monitoring and reporting on training activities, using dashboards, graphs and specific metrics.
Identifying opportunities to enhance training effectiveness and participant satisfaction.
Supporting the implementation and optimization of digital tools for training.
The Education Coordinator’s efforts will directly support the growth and development of L-Acoustics’ global community, ensuring our education programs are accessible, impactful, and continuously improving to meet the evolving needs of our people and partners.
Skills & qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in International Business or related field.
5 years of experience in a similar position.
Native or proficiency English, French is a plus.
Technology savvy with good working knowledge of MS Office Suite, PowerBI, Dynamics (CRM and ERP).
PowerBI report development knowledge is a plus.
Thrive in a dynamic cross functional and multi-cultural environment.
Autonomous, highly organized and rigorous.
Very good didactic approach and writing skills.
Attention to details and quality of finished work.
Good social and communication skills.
