To support this transformation globally, our Education division is establishing the role of Head of Education Services Coordination. The Head of Education Services Coordination will lead a team of education specialists dedicated to the deployment and promotion of vocational and knowledge-sharing programs on multiple topics (Sound, Business, Human Skills, Digital & AI, Industry), aiming at up skilling our people and our extended community (sound professionals and students, artists; commercial, scientific and educational partners; suppliers). Reporting to the Global Director of Education Operations, the Head of Education Services Coordination will ensure seamless integration and deployment of training content, driving L-Acoustics’ growth as a dynamic and rapidly evolving organization.
Your activities will include:
Coordinate Education Services globally:
Organize training sessions for L-Acoustics employees operated via external providers or internal trainers on all topics
Organize and promote training sessions open to all audiences through our eStore (Online, L-Acoustics Offices and third-party locations)
Administer Digital Learning content offering and certification schemes
Organize and promote community events (conferences, master classes, webinars)
Assist Education Certifications and Partnerships Development:
Participate in expanding a network of educational institutions around the globe to develop the next generation of L-Acoustics users (premium partners and certified education partners)
Manage contacts and contracts with licensed education partners (third party training centers, university, customers)
Trainer certification process: coordinate the certification process of our internal and external trainers in close relation with regional trainer network managers
Support grants and market development actions:
Participate in developing grants for sound professionals with organizations like Soundgirls, the Audio Engineering Society
Support 3rd party training centers and initiatives aimed at market development in emerging markets/underrepresented regions.
Interact with multiple entities in the company around Education activities:
Training request management with Talent acquisition, Talent development, Sales and Application Divisions
Deployment of education courses with Education Programs department
Supporting tools and processes definition with the Education Experience teams
Continuously improve our education operations:
Take part in the definition and design of dashboards for reporting of education activities, in relation with Education Excellence team.
Be responsible for monitoring and reporting on sessions (attendance, absences, hot and cold evaluations from learners and trainers)
Monitor & track budgets
Suggest improvements to improve trainees and trainer NPS
Participate to the specification and tests of new digital tools
Participate to the development of our Digital Education Platform:
Online digital platform for trainees, trainers, learning designers, and training center managers
Online community management of more than 15000 L-Acoustics employees, partners, customers, end-users
Skills & qualifications:
Master’s degree in international business or related field
Experience in Music, Audiovisual sector is a plus
Native or bilingual English,
Proficiency in French and German is a plus
3+ years of experience
Technology savvy with good working knowledge of MS Office Suite, PowerBI, Dynamics (CRM and ERP)
PowerBI report development knowledge is a plus
Thrive in a dynamic cross functional and multi-cultural environment
Autonomous, highly organized and rigorous
Very good didactic approach and writing skills
Attention to details and quality of finished work
Good social and communication skills
