As we continue to grow our global presence, we are looking for a Product Operations Leader to join our Product Management division.
Job Summary
The Product Management Division oversees all aspects of product management across L-Acoustics' products and services: Loudspeakers, Electronics, Software, Services and Solutions. This department is responsible for connecting the market and the rest of the organization, orchestrates, synthesizes and defines what problems we solve, for whom and why. At the center of Product Management functions’ operating model is managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch, grow, mature and end of life.
We are looking for a Product Management Operations Leader who will report directly to the Executive Director of Product Management to support the establishment, enhancement, and implementation of the product lifecycle management framework, and to drive organizational maturity to the next level.
Role Description (What you will lead?)
The Product Operations Leader will:
Process Development: Develop and enhance standard Product Life Cycle Management framework. Develop templates for Sales enablement, marketing collaterals, sales pitch for targeted verticals, processes, tools and standard approaches especially on on GTM/Launch, product growth and maintenance as well as transition to end of life
Implementation of Product life cycle management: Drive adoption of Product Life Cycle Management for all product lines through. working with cross-functional teams including all levels in Product Management, Sales, Apps, R&D and Customer support, etc.
Project Management: Provide Project Management leadership to all product launches – include Product Life Cycle Management, focused on GTM, Growth/Support and EOL stages
Reporting: Drive development of KPI Dashboards for all product lines; manage reporting requirements of OKRs. Work with stakeholders to understand and assess the impact of our products, analyzing data and sourcing & triaging feedback from the field
Data analytics insights and influence product decisions: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to guide product development and improvement.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and detect process gaps in the life cycle management framework, drive continuous improvement of standardized processes and tools. Support Product Management leadership team to advance organization maturity
Basic Qualifications (What we are looking for?)
3+ years of relevant experience in product operations, program management, or a similar role, in B2B businesses, technology that involves hardware and software. Hands-on experiences with product management tools and processes
Strong program management skills with experience, taking initiatives from conception to launch and managing end-to-end execution of projects/programs
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and solve problems with complex scope and context.
Data-driven approach with the ability to derive actionable insights from performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications (Ways to Stand Out from the crowd?)
Industry experience: Direct, Hands-on experience and familiarity with Pro Audio, Entertainment, Music industries
