At L-Acoustics since 2009, I have held the position of Application Engineer for 5 years during which I deployed and installed our sound systems, and trained users on our products. I had the opportunity to move to Canada for 3 years to continue to develop my expertise. When I returned to France, I participated in the creation of the Product Management division aimed at developing products that best meet the needs of users (engineers, artists, spectators) and composed of 20 people. I am now pleased to be the Director of Product Management, Loudspeakers.
From technical training courses to those aimed at harmonizing our practices, the development of each individual is at the heart of our strategy. We seek to align employees' expectations in terms of development with the company's strategy. E-learning, working groups, training in our products by our internal experts, technology and app training, our goal is to provide 14 hours of training per employee per year.
