The Program Lead, Sound at L-Acoustics is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of sound-related programs. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the consistency of sound programs within the domain.

• Specifying and designing sound courses to meet industry standards.

• Curating and evaluating audio content for both eLearning and onsite training.

• Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) to consolidate information.

• Developing sound courses in partnership with the education experience team.

• Occasionally serving as a trainer to deliver these courses.

This role requires strong expertise in sound engineering, program management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
