Our Sales team, part of the Sales & Sales Operations department, drives our business forward through dedicated channels and geographic regions, creating new opportunities for growth. We are seeking a driven Sales Manager for our greater Japan region to focus on the APAC area.
Responsibilities:
- Represent the L-ACOUSTICS brand and corporate culture.
- Travel to drive sales and develop business relationships with customers and prospects.
- Achieve company goals in the region.
- Assess distributor performance and plan to meet targets.
- Prospect new end-users and venues.
- Organize product demos and regional marketing events.
- Participate in annual budget preparation.
- Maintain CRM database and support channel partners.
- Collaborate on key projects with local partners.
- Report regularly to management on customer visits and activities.
- Manage sales orders and communicate quotes to customers.
- Support the company’s commercial growth strategy.
- Work closely with sales operations, supply chain, and application engineering teams.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years in commercial Pro- Audio Sales with a proven track record.
- Experience in channel management of systems integrators and distributors.
- APAC regional experience, especially in Japan.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
- Ability to sell premium products based on features and benefits.
- Knowledge of vertical markets (install, integration) preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Audio/Video design is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business is advantageous.
- Proficient in English and Japanese is a must

Zones/Creation Sales Directors, Vertical Business Development Directors, and Heads of Sales Coordination.
Manager: Director of Sales, APAC.
Travel:
Willingness to travel within the region, expected to be 50–75%.
