Your Mission
As an SDR/BDR at Le Wagon for Business, you will play a key role in generating and qualifying leads, contributing to the growth of our corporate training solutions. Your focus will be on prospecting and lead generation, identifying business leaders and key decision-makers in target companies, and preparing qualified leads for handoff to our Account Executives (AEs) or Sales team.
Your primary objectives include:
Prospecting and qualifying leads: Managing the initial stages of the sales cycle by identifying, contacting, and engaging with potential clients.
Generating new business opportunities: Using various channels such as social media, business directories, networking events, and referrals to build a pipeline of potential clients.
Working closely with our Growth Manager to ensure strategic alignment in prospecting efforts and lead generation.
Building relationships with key decision-makers in SMB, mid-market, and corporate sectors to understand their business needs.
Ensuring a smooth handoff of qualified leads to our Account Executives and Sales team for further development.
Continuously refining your prospecting techniques and methods to increase lead quality and volume.
Representing Le Wagon at industry events and networking opportunities to identify and engage with potential clients.
You will work closely with the Head of Sales, B2B and the General Manager for France.
About you:
An excellent communicator in both professional French & English.
1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within the tech or education sectors. Having a first experience in an internship or apprenticeship is a plus!
Proven ability to analyse market trends and identify key opportunities for growth.
A natural networker who excels at building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
Results-driven, with a passion for lead prospection and contributing to the success of the B2B team.
Strong interest in technology and digital solutions, with the ability to quickly learn and articulate product benefits.
