Ledger is a fast-growing company which is a leader in security and infrastructure solutions for cryptocurrencies and blockchain applications.

Headquartered in Paris, with offices in multiple countries across Europe, North America and Asia, Ledger has a team of 250 + and had an aggressive hiring plan for the next couple of years.

In this context of hypergrowth, LEDGER wishes to reinforce its HR department led by its Global VP PEOPLE in order to ensure high HR quality services and address the human topics in the context of a fast growing company.

Main responsibilities

  • Being a key contact to managers on the day to day basis as well as on  complex issues and HR projects
  • Implement and build locally the group HR programs/policy, taking into account the specificities of each local legislation and culture
  • In conjunction with the VP PEOPLE and the C&B Director, steering the salary review process, managing the performers and contributors program, internal mobility, operational integration
  • Setting up career paths in conjunction with the various internal operators
  • Build and manage the training plan required to support the growth of the business
  • Implement transformation plans and support organizational changes
  • Propose initiatives to improve the well-being and quality of life at work
  • Manage the employees' departure in conjunction with their managers
  • Profile

  • +10 years of experience as a HR role  in a demanding, fast-paced and evolving environment, preferably in a fast-growing and international environment
  • Good understanding of tech business issues
  • Good understanding of the employment regulations
  • Experience in implementing HR programs
  • Good general awareness (finance, legal, business...) as well as a good understanding of the challenges of our business model
  • Fluent English
  • Very good communication skills, ability to influence the environment
  • Ability to assess and synthesize, problem solving
  • Leadership and Management skills
