Your Mission As a Tech Recruiter at lempire, your mission is to attract, engage, and hire the best tech talent to support our rapid growth. You’ll play a key role in building high-performing teams by identifying top candidates, providing an outstanding candidate experience, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure we bring in the right people.

What you’ll be doing

Job posting – Create and publish engaging job descriptions on multiple platforms.

Talent sourcing – Find and attract top talent through LinkedIn, communities, and direct outreach.

Candidate screening – Conduct first-round interviews to assess skills, motivation, and cultural fit.

Interview coordination – Manage interview scheduling and ensure a smooth process.

Candidate experience – Make every interaction positive and memorable.

Employer branding – Help promote lempire as the place to be for top tech talent.

Help our TAM in her daily if needed.

💡 You'll also be free to experiment, suggest new hiring strategies, and bring fresh ideas to improve our hiring process!

What we’re looking for

First experience in recruitment, ideally for Tech roles but not mandatory.

Strong sourcing skills – you love hunting for talent and don’t wait for applications to roll in.

Great communication – you know how to connect with people and keep candidates engaged.

Organized & detail-oriented – you can juggle multiple roles and deadlines without breaking a sweat.

Proactive mindset – you take initiative and always look for ways to improve.

Passionate about tech & startups – you love the energy of fast-growing companies. You are very interested in Tech / Coding and you want to specialize in that field.

👀 Bonus points if:

➕ You’ve worked in a startup before.

➕ You’re familiar with ATS tools like Ashby

➕ You code even basics or are interested in coding & technology
