Are you passionate about driving innovation and turning cutting-edge ideas into reality? We’re looking for a Technical Project Leader to lead the development of next-generation products, processes, and value-added services. From conceptualization to proof-of-concept, you will work closely with R&D, marketing, and cross-functional teams to transform ideas into impactful solutions.

Your mission:

• Lead Innovation Projects: Manage projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Develop Technology Strategies: Identify emerging tech trends (AI, IoT, Machine Learning, Blockchain) and apply them strategically.

• Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with R&D, engineering, and design teams to foster a culture of innovation.

• Ensure Project Success: Manage timelines, budgets, and resources while mitigating technical risks.

• Communicate with Stakeholders: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business insights.

• Own Deliverables: Oversee engineering and R&D outputs, ensuring high-quality execution within deadlines.

Your profile:

• Education: Master’s degree in engineering or related field

• Experience: 5–10 years in product R&D or process engineering/industrialization

• Project Management: Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies

• Technical Leadership: Ability to guide teams and balance technical & business needs

• Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to tackle complex technical challenges

• Business Acumen: Ability to align tech strategies with company goals

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset

• Languages: Fluent English required; additional languages (French, Thai, Chinese, German) are a plus
