Here is a description of the role we are opening:
Your Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional, cross-site, and cross-company teams to meet project & program targets
Facilitate project & program from initiation (including handoff from the Commercial / Sales team), through development, and through release to production, and market introduction
Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify
Develop comprehensive plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases
Implement risk assessments and mitigation strategies on development activity and escalate resource constraints impacting schedules and commitments
Build and maintain strong working relationships with key business stakeholders and effectively manage partners, sub-contractors and suppliers
Cooperate closely with other functions to manage scope and change requests
Report regularly progress to key stakeholders (customers, management, team members, etc.) incl. key milestones, status, risks and mitigation plans, next steps, and help needed
Perform cost saving initiatives (responsible to lead / participate ongoing efforts)
Your Profile:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Science, or Management preferred).
Experience: 5+ years in project management with a proven track record.
Certifications: PMP, CAPM, or equivalent (preferred).
Technical Skills: Strong process/product knowledge; proficiency in PM tools.
Soft Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, communication, and multitasking under pressure.
Languages: Fluent English; native Thai.
