Here is a description of the role we are opening:

Your mission:

Product Innovation & Development

• Lead the development of new product platforms and security features, aligned with the technical and marketing roadmap.

• Drive new product and improvement projects, ensuring industrialization meets customer requirements and business objectives.

• Oversee design reviews, approve prototypes, and ensure quality compliance through performance analysis.

• Develop and maintain product design rules, setting clear guidelines for process feasibility and industrial scalability.

• Evaluate new process technologies and materials, ensuring reliability in customer applications

Project Execution & Industrialization

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, applying Agile project management for efficient execution.

• Lead design, material selection, and process evaluations to meet project standards.

• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth execution and optimal resource allocation.

• Provide technical details and machine parameters for sample production, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with customer specifications.

• Analyze and resolve technical issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and preparing essential documentation (PMP, WI, FMEA, machine parameters) for seamless product transfer.

Your profiles:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in New Product Development in Electronics, Consumer Products, or RFID.

• Strong expertise in Process, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering for product development and industrialization.

• Experience with FTO analysis, Agile methodology, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

• Native Thai speaker, with English proficiency as a plus.
