Here is a description of the role we are opening:
Your Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end new product development from initial concept through industrialization, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and quality standards
Manage product improvement projects by analyzing performance data and implementing enhancement solutions
Conduct design reviews and approve prototypes, verifying product performance meets quality parameters
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new products, establishing capable production methods
Evaluate and implement new technologies/materials to enhance product performance and reliability
Create and maintain critical technical documentation including FMEAs, Process Management Plans (PMP), and Work Instructions
Coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure technical requirements and customer approvals are met
Develop and validate testing protocols to simulate real-world product applications
Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring on-time delivery of development milestones
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for both products and development processes
Your profile :
You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technology field.
You have over 6 years of experience as a Process Engineer, ideally within the RFID industry.
You possess comprehensive knowledge of RFID products and related technologies.
You are fluent in Thai and have basic proficiency in English.
You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and enjoy collaborative environments.
You have strong communication skills and can effectively convey technical concepts.
