Here is a description of the role we are opening:
As the Technical Leader, you’ll be at the forefront of new product development, collaborating with experts across disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
R&D Interface: You’ll be the bridge between our R&D function and the project core team led by the Project Program Management (PPM) person.
Coordination: Coordinate various R&D contributions, including material, packaging, coating, characterization, and reliability testing.
Expert Collaboration: Work closely with experts across sites or product types (Tape, Module Packaging, Inlays, etc.).
Alignment: Ensure proper alignment within the R&D team before presenting to the core team.
Autonomous Decision-Making: Drive technical decisions independently, considering impact on planning, costs, and quality.
Progress Reporting: Share work package progress and provide early warnings on roadblocks.
Technical Meetings: Lead regular R&D technical meetings, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
Synthesis: Distill technical information for the core team and stakeholders.
Cross-Department Alignment: Ensure R&D decisions align with other departments (e.g., manufacturability with engineering, qualification plans with QA).
Your Profile:
Engineering degree or strong technical background (material science, physics, polymer science, electronics, etc.).
Minimum 5 years of experience, demonstrating seniority in handling complex projects.
Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit.
Experience in planning and coordinating R&D team activities.
Fluent English is obligatory
