We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Controller with experience in analysis, coaching business managers on all levels and driving hands-on operational excellence. Experience within mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and tender processes is meriting.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our company’s strategic growth initiatives through financial analysis, reporting, and processes improvements. The candidate will also be involved in all activities related to partnerships, M&A activities and tender submissions. This position requires a deep understanding of financial processes, data analytics and systems as well as financial modeling, and the implementation of best practices in project management. As the position has personnel responsibility, people management skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning & Analysis:
Run period end closing processes together with accounting functions and group controlling colleagues including analysis and action/improvement planning.
Run budget/planning processes.
Identify risks and opportunities and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to assess potential M&A opportunities and their impact on the company’s overall strategy.
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate the valuation and feasibility of targets.
2. Managing billing processes
Oversee implementation of improved billing processes for the French market.
Run the unit operating the billing processes in France today comprising aprox. 25 FTEs led by a unit manager.

Define and oversee the tender processes, ensuring a strategic direction, efficient tender processes as well as establishing accurate pricing models.
Collaborate with business units to ensure alignment between financial capabilities and business objectives during tender submissions.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Controller, Financial Analyst, or in a relevant financial role.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks governing finance in France.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems.
Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
