The position

Job description

As Talent Acquisition Manager, your main goal will be to grow an extraordinary pool of global talents (aka. the Lukooms) to nourish Luko growth and ambitions. As first Luko TAM, you will structure recruiting efforts and will be responsible for growing Luko from 50 to 90 full-time mission driven doers. Your scope includes a wide portfolio of roles (growth, product, software, hardware, customer service, insurance experts) in Europe.

You will :

  • Build the recruitment strategy and recruitment process ;
  • Identify, source and interview the best candidates from junior to executive level ;
  • Make every candidate feel the LukoLove along the whole recruiting process ;
  • Define and flourish Lukoom’s employer brand (maybe by changing that name first 😄) ;
  • Get yourself constantly up to date on the latest recruitment & employer branding trends & tools ;
  • Communicate and train managers internally on recruitment efforts ;
  • Define clear goals, track efficiency and quality metrics

Preferred experience

  • You have 3+ years of recruiting experience in a startup
  • You master HR tools and you are a fast learner 🚀
  • You are intrigued and excited by the Luko culture 😇
  • You use critical thinking, active listening and emotional intelligence to assess candidates
  • You already know and use structural interviews methodor at least you are really willing to learn.
  • You are a proactive problem solver and negotiator: nothing can stop you!
