As a key expert of our talent management strategy and reporting to our VP People & Culture, our brand-new Learning & People Development Specialist will own the end-to-end design and implementation of our employee development programmes :
Contribute extensively to the ongoing development and delivery of the People Plan, specifically supporting the enhancement of our learning culture with a strong focus on achieving the full potential of employees through a wide range of development initiatives ;
Foster a culture of proactive continuous learning, peer-to-peer coaching and best-practice sharing based on a growth-mindset approach founded on employee-led accountability for their own career development ;
Carry out organisational capability assessments and training needs analyses vis-à-vis our evolving career framework competencies and in line with proposed career pathing opportunities across teams and functions ;
Apply adult learning theories and andragogical practices to support our employees’ upskilling and self-learning capability development ;
Architect learning strategy and overall development curriculum offerings in partnership with key internal and external stakeholders ;
Design and execute hybrid learning solutions and self-paced content (where relevant) segmented by employee audiences ;
Identify opportunities to transition learning offerings to digital format where appropriate ;
Select and liaise with potential external educational partners and subject matter experts ;
Identify automation opportunities and benchmark in-market LMS/LXP solutions against industry standards ;
Manage learning operations for signature programmes and facilitate flagship programmes (e.g. leadership & manager education series) according to an L&D calendar that you will recommend in collaboration with the ;
Define, track and monitor relevant L&D metrics - including reach, impact and budgetary KPIs.
You have at least 5-6 years’ experience a Learning & Development role leading both programme design and delivery for multiple audiences ;
You have worked in a fast-growing international environment ;
You have a deep understanding of the challenges a tech organisation typically faces ;
You are an expert in workplace education and employee development;
You are highly organised and able to multitask efficiently ;
You are both a great communicator and an active listener ;
You are service-oriented towards your client groups ;
You are data-driven and have the ability to navigate complexity in collaborative ways ;
You are fluent in both English and French ; additional languages, a plus ;
