We all come from diverse, international backgrounds, yet all share the same mission: to expand access to quality education for all. At Lynx we have 4 categories of roles:

• Sales and Business
• Academic: Training Partners and Learner Support
• Operations
• Tech and Product

This team works closely with the founders, and is focused on business development throughout the customer journey from prospecting through to contract signature. We handle all client relationship management throughout the partnership. This is a great opportunity for people to build skills in client- facing roles, help shape our go-to-market strategy and grow their careers together with the growth of Lynx. We also have a corporate team that manages finance, HR, and administration.

The academic team managers our learning providers and all our interactions with learners. We build partnerships with providers who meet Lynx's quality standards and align with our mission. We work closely with clients and learning partners to identify programs that match learner demand and company requirements. We select programs to include in each company catalog to address specific pain points: upskilling, retention, talent gaps, career development. We also manage all interactions with learners through our advisors. Learners receive personalized support and career guidance throughout the learning journey. We work with learners to help them choose a program and support them through to program completion.

This team is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations including managing implementation with learning partners, leading all client launches, establishing and managing the learner registration processes and all program maintenance in the platform. We also lead the overall company management with meeting cadence, overall KPI tracking and management of the company. This team makes everything come to life!

The Product team works to reflect the product vision of the company in the platform, ensure quality and reliability, and respond to user needs. The Product team approaches challenges from both a strategic and technical perspective, continuously developing new functionalities and meeting users'needs. It's a team effort that requires very good communication between functional leaders, developers, and users! We work remotely and in close contact with all Lynx teams.
