Sylvie Milverton and Lamia Rouai founded Lynx out of a shared belief that companies across Europe wanted quality education options that match their workplace learning needs without wasting endless time looking for the best providers. Soon after meeting, they promised each other that they would one day work together, based on those values and in their own way, to forge a new approach to education that would deliver greater value for learners, companies and society. Lynx is the result of that promise.
