KLARA is a young competency management startup. As the first man on the ground in the UK, you’ll be the pivotal resource for our go-to market in the UK. Your contribution will influence the decisions taken to penetrate this strategic market. You will hunt major UK companies, primarily in Finance, Manufacturing, Aerospace & Defense, and Utilities, establish the first logos, and build a regular revenue stream.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
Source pipeline and sell the value of our solution.
Guide the BDR prospecting and lead generation work of the marketing department.
Identify, reach, and convert brands within large accounts, primarily in Financial Services, Aerospace & Defense, and Utilities.
Own and manage the sales cycle from start to close, including a handover to the Customer Success teams.
Maintain our CRM (Hubspot) accuracy and be proactive with internal communication.
Identifying use cases and presenting the business case that pairs with it for our customers.
You have at least 3 years of experience as a BDR or AE within a SaaS company.
You understand how to differentiate yourself in a competitive environment
You have a proven track record of achieving targets consistently and managing all sales funnel aspects, from outreach to closed won.
You have experience generating pipeline.
Languages: English Native is required, and French is a plus.
Hunter mentality with a determined approach to achieving goals.
Ability to work independently and autonomously and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
