Sensors and Instrumentation Engineer

We are looking for a Sensors and Instrumentation Engineer to join one of our team in charge of the of Production of the MaiaSpace technological demonstrators and MaiaSpace launcher. In this team, you will identify, implement, and oversee the processes needed to ensure the success of MaiaSpace tests and MaiaSpace flight.

Your tasks will be the following:

  • Identify, implement, and oversee the processes to be implemented for the measurement chains of MaiaSpace’s technological demonstrators then launch vehicles.
  • In collaboration with the Avionics and EGSE team:
    • Participate to the design and acquisition of the resources and tools required for assembly, integration and test activities of the sensors and measurement chains for onboard and ground systems.
    • Contribute to the industrialisation and the recurring cost optimisation of the AIT of the sensors and measurement chains.
    • Define and implement all the means required for the sensors life cycle management (metrology, calibration, maintenance, refurbishment, etc..)
  • With other Agile teams, to participate to the elaboration of the measurement plan.

  • Familiarity with PLM and ERP tools

Qualification:

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Metrology Engineering, or technical fields (Electronics, mechatronics or robotics…)
  • 2+ years professional experience minimum
