The Experience Universe at Mangopay is responsible for designing and delivering human-centered experiences across all our products and touchpoints. The Developer Experience Squad focuses on reducing the time it takes to integrate with Mangopay, and ensuring it’s as smooth and seamless as possible. Our core areas of responsibility are the client portal, the back office, the docs site, our websites, landing pages, communications design, and research. We also collaborate closely with other Product Universes whenever a user interface is required, along with RevOps, Internal Systems, and Product Marketing.We are looking for a passionate Lead Product Manager for the Developer Experience squad to drive the team to deliver best-in-class developer experiences. What will you be responsible for?

  • Leading, designing, and managing the product roadmap for the Developer Experience squad, including product discovery, definition, backlog refinement, release, and product management, all the while ​​ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and objectives.
  • Implementing feedback loops through user research, usability testing, and data analysis to better identify the needs and challenges of our users, and refine the product offering or implement solutions that add value accordingly.
  • Establishing metrics, processes, and dashboards for monitoring and evaluating the performance and success of the product and its feature, and using these qualitative and quantitative insights to determine prioritization.
  • Fostering a tight collaboration with our engineers, designers, product marketing managers, front-facing teams as well as C-suite.
  • Reporting on product performance to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.

What do we expect from you?

As Lead Product Manager in the Experience Universe, you will be obsessed with UX and human-centered design. We’re looking for a passionate team player with an engineering background to lead the Developer Experience Squad:

  • Demonstrable experience in Product Management in Payments/FinTech and SaaS, with a leading role in Developer Experience or ownership of Client Dashboards preferable
  • Experience implementing B2B API products preferably in payments
  • Engineering background, with a strong passion for great UX
  • Ability to solve complex problems, negotiate priorities, and build products to drive value and scale
  • Strong attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory, and proficiency in a second European language is a plus.
  • Ability to engage and collaborate with various stakeholders across different functions and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
