🎯 Your Mission

As Product Manager in our Finance Squad, you’ll improve the Non-Profit Treasurer’s day-to-day life by providing innovative and optimized finance tools:

  • Drive 30% growth in SaaS MRR in 2025 by continuously improving our accounting and FP&A module

  • Lead the development and adoption of the Business Account solution, targeting 1,000 active nonprofit accounts by 2025

🎨 Your Role

  • Product Strategy: Align the product roadmap with company goals and propose a quarterly roadmap for the finance scope, validated by leadership.

  • Continuous Discovery: Dive deep into the needs of nonprofit treasurers, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to refine product positioning and improve customer satisfaction.

    • Innovate and Improve: Continuously refine our accounting and financial planning tools.

    • Drive Adoption: Spearhead the development of business accounts to achieve 1,000 active.

  • Continuous Delivery: Take responsibility for delivering exceptional finance tools, tracking key metrics, and managing priorities within the squad.

  • Project Management: The candidate can lead cross-collaboration projects on various topics involving her/his squad.


Preferred experience

👥 Your Profile

  • 4-6 years of experience, including product management roles

  • Background in finance, strategy consulting, or operations with a transition to product

  • Strong experience in complex, fast-paced environments

  • Fluent in English and French

Recruitment process

  1. Screening (~1h)

    • 30min with HR to validate the fit between you and the position followed by 45min with a Senior Product Manager (Alvina) to confirm a basic match on “technical” aspects of the job.
  2. Use Case (3.5h)

    • 2h for remote exercise whenever it suits you (day/night - week/weekend)

    • 1.5h Product interview with our Head of Product (in our offices)

  3. Technical & Strategy (1.5h)

    • 45min with the CTO and the Tech TL of your squad to discuss the relation between the Product and the Engineering team.

    • 45min strategic interview with our CEO

  4. Meet the team (~1h)

    • With other PMs as well as your squad (~45min) - Can be followed by an informal gathering at the office with other employees.
