Your mission:
Your mission: deeply understand customer needs and industry challenges, and make complex technologies accessible, relevant, and desirable through clear, resonant messaging and marketing assets.
As Product Marketing Manager at Uxopian Software, reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll lead the storytelling and go-to-market efforts for our products. Your responsibilities are structured around six key areas:
Customer Understanding & Problem Definition
In collaboration with product managers, continuously engage with customers, prospects, and partners to deeply understand their challenges, needs, and motivations.
Translate these insights into clear problem definitions that guide messaging, positioning, and product strategy.
In collaboration with PMs, act as the “voice of the customer” internally to ensure that marketing assets and go-to-market plans are rooted in real-world pain points and expectations.
Product Positioning & Messaging
Translate complex technical topics (ECM, IDP, APIs, workflow engines, cloud connectors…) into clear, value-oriented messages that connects to customers problem you hear about.
Define and continuously refine product messaging for all three software solutions, in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
Develop and maintain detailed customer personas to tailor messaging to the needs and motivations of specific segments.
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer expectations, and new opportunities.
Maintain a competitive intelligence loop to sharpen our differentiation and strategic positioning.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Launches
Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new products or major feature releases.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, sales) to ensure aligned and impactful launches.
Marketing Content Production
Create and maintain high-value marketing assets: web pages, brochures, sales decks, video scripts, email campaigns, and automated workflows.
Tailor content to different channels and stages of the customer journey.
Sales Enablement
Equip Sales with the right pitch decks, positioning guides, and talking points to clearly communicate our product value.
Contribute to ongoing training and knowledge sharing for customer-facing teams.
Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement
Monitor post-launch performance metrics (KPIs) to assess messaging impact and content effectiveness.
Collect feedback from users, Sales, and Customer Success to optimize product narratives and adoption paths.
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B product marketing in the tech, IT, or software industry — ideally with a background in ECM, IDP, or document-centric platforms. You have already worked in a small software company with the same scope of responsibilities. Having worked as a presales or a salesperson is a clear plus.
You have a proven ability to extract customer insights from interviews, research, and data, and use them to shape effective product narratives and strategies.
You’ve worked in an international context and are comfortable navigating cross-functional teams in product-driven environments.
You are fully bilingual in French and English — 95% of the content you’ll create will be in English.
You’re passionate about technology: you enjoy understanding complex systems and making them clear to others.
You’re skilled in content creation tools (Google Slides, CMS, marketing automation) and have a strong sense of structure and writing clarity.
You think strategically but write with purpose: concise, impactful, and audience-driven.
*Please note that applications that do not meet the minimum requirement of 5 years of experience in B2B environments within the Tech, IT, or Software sectors will not be considered.
