We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager Advertising Assistant to join our talented team and help us develop our sponsored products program, which is in its early stages, particularly with Chinese sellers.
The Account Manager Advertising Assistant will work closely with the Sales team to promote advertiser success, drive revenue growth, and improve our offerings.
SPECIFIC TASKS
Become an expert in our sponsored products program and retail media offerings.
Own your own portfolio of Chinese brands and sellers to activate, boost, and develop.
Help ensure that high-potential advertisers quickly reach their performance goals and remain active and healthy.
Build campaign optimization proposals that are meaningful, compelling, and relevant to advertisers.
Monitor account performance for optimal ROI and advertiser satisfaction, providing oversight and root cause analysis of issues affecting advertisers.
Upsell by using business analytics expertise to proactively identify opportunities to increase revenue and performance.
You will handle customer support for Advertising & Retail Media for our Chinese merchants.
Work closely with all China-related departments across various business units to drive the overall growth and development of advertising business for Chinese sellers.
PROFILE
Chinese is your native language or you speak it fluently (mandatory requirement).
You are fluent in English and/or French, both spoken and written.
You are passionate about e-commerce and eager to revolutionise the customer experience.
You are described as meticulous with an analytical mindset.
You have knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets or web analytics.
