Context
Reporting directly to the VP of Commerce & Sellers Expansion, you are responsible for supporting the sales teams in their daily operations to ensure excellence and operational efficiency.
The main pillar of this mission is to implement strategies for selection, pricing, and promotional activation through targets, action plans, and result monitoring.
To achieve this, you are supported by three teams that you will manage and coordinate:
- Sales Operations Team: Responsible for improving the effectiveness and impact of the sales teams by: - Continuous improvement of the tools used - Optimization, automation of processes and administrative tasks, AI integration, and CRM seller activation
- Business Performance Team: Responsible for: - Steering and optimizing the performance and profitability of sales by ensuring the best selection, pricing, and promotions - Managing and optimizing the deployment of retail media - Monitoring the performance of sales representatives
- PIM Operations Team: Responsible for projects aimed at developing the quality and enrichment of the catalog, ensuring the accuracy of product sheets, and optimizing the site's order for revenue generation.
Profile
- Degree from a top university/business school.
- 10 years of experience in supporting sales teams, performance management, and conducting optimization programs.
- Autonomous, with strong rigor in work and a high business sense, as well as a strong capacity to manage priorities in alignment with the company strategy.
- Strong ability to work in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
- Significant experience in management and leadership of teams of at least 10 people.
- Very strong theoretical analytical skills required + ideal technical skills: Excel/Google Sheets - advanced / SQL Advanced / Knowledge of API management.
- Project management skills and strong capacity to work in project mode.
- Ability to regularly present (every two weeks) to the top management of ManoMano and possess solid communication and synthesis skills.
- Excellent command of French and English. Spanish, German, and Italian are a plus.
- Knowledge of the market for third-party tools for sales and operational teams, as well as technical knowledge in the administration of third-party tools like Salesforce, Zoho, and Pandadoc is a plus.
