As part of the Italian Account Management team, the intern will provide real support and play a key role in coordinating commercial activities, analyzing performance, and reporting at ManoMano
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Be responsible for analyzing the commercial performance of the Italian marketplace and ensuring direct reporting to the sales management.
Conduct market analysis to identify business opportunities and trends, assessing competitor strategies and market positioning.
Prepare reports that highlight potential growth areas and actionable insights to drive business development.
Content Optimization and Visibility Boost:
Optimize product content for top-selling items to enhance visibility and attractiveness on the platform.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop advertising activities, ensuring that product pages and promotional content are aligned for maximum impact.
Monitor the effectiveness of advertising activities and adjust strategies as necessary to improve visibility and sales performance.
Account Management:
Assist Account Managers in managing commercial initiatives aimed at boosting merchant performance and generating revenue.
Be proactive in suggesting process improvements and providing actionable recommendations to enhance performance..
Commercial Coordination:
Facilitate the organization and management of main promotional events, in direct relation with the Italian Account Management team.
Identify categories, brands, and products to promote in line with our commercial strategy and key moments of the year.
Coordinate the timeline, create briefs for all stakeholders (marketing, acquisition, communication), meet deadlines, and ensure communication with internal teams and partners.
Analyze results and propose action plans to accelerate sales.

Currently pursuing a Bac +4/5 (or in a gap year) from a business/engineering school (or equivalent university training).
Autonomous and adaptable (capable of working in a constantly evolving environment).
Curious, with a strong desire to learn.
Able to lead and drive ambitious projects.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to persuade to enhance negotiation competencies.
Languages: native Italian and fluent English.
Proficient in Excel: able to manage data and possess strong analytical skills.
Prior internship experience in e-commerce and/or the retail sector is a major asset.
