We are seeking a « Promote and Animate »’s Product Manager to lead the strategic development and optimization of our critical digital merchandising and promotional features. The ideal candidate will drive innovation in commercial animation, content management, and sponsored content strategies.

Key Responsibilities 

Digital Merchandising Strategy
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for homepage content and commercial animations

  • Design and manage header and footer content optimization

  • Create and implement brand media campaign frameworks with external advertisers

Sponsored Content Management
  • Design and implement sponsored article strategies, drawing inspiration from best practices in digital marketplaces

  • Develop monetization models for sponsored content that balance user experience and revenue generation

  • Conduct continuous A/B testing to optimize content performance and conversion rates

Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Interface between internal teams (other feature team’s Product manager,marketing, tech, sales) and external brand partners

  • Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure seamless feature implementation

  • Negotiate and manage relationships with brand media partners

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Competencies
  • Advanced understanding of online advertising mechanisms

  • Proficiency in web analytics and performance measurement tools

  • Strong data analysis skills for deriving actionable insights

Business Acumen
  • Good understanding of e-commerce dynamics

  • Ability to develop monetization strategies

  • Experience in digital marketplace product management

Soft Skills
  • Stakeholder management capabilities

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Experience

  • 3-5 years in e-commerce product management

  • Previous experience with marketplace platforms

  • Background in digital advertising or content monetization

 Performance Metrics

  • Display,CTR and CVR improvements

  • Sponsored content engagement rates

  • Revenue generated from brand media partnerships

  • User experience satisfaction scores
