We value learning, innovation, excellence, and care at the core of our culture. Today, we’re looking for a Junior Marketing Manager to help shape our brand and create compelling content.

🚀 Your Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Marketing Manager (Content & Branding), you’ll work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to:

Content Creation & Storytelling

  • Develop and manage engaging content (articles, newsletters, social media posts, white papers, etc.).

  • Create impactful communication campaigns to strengthen our brand identity.

  • Ensure consistency across all touchpoints (website, social media, presentations).

Brand Management

  • Contribute to building and evolving our visual identity and brand voice.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels (website, social media, marketing materials).

Collaboration & Insights

  • Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to develop targeted materials for different audiences.

  • Stay updated on marketing trends and propose fresh ideas to attract prospects and customers.


Preferred experience

🎓 Who You Are

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in content marketing, branding, or communication. Experience in startups or SaaS is a plus.

  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills in both English and French.

  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for visuals and layouts.

  • Proficient with design tools (Canva, Figma, etc.) and content management platforms.

  • Autonomous, organized, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passionate about creating high-value content and eager to thrive in a dynamic setting.

Recruitment process

  • Step 1 : Initial Screening – A discovery call with Chloé (Talent Acquisition Manager) to discuss your background and motivations.

    Step 2 : Experience & Motivation Deep Dive – A detailed interview with Charlotte (Marketing Manager) to explore your skills, experience, and aspirations.

    Step 3: Case Study & Technical Assessment – In-person session with Charlotte (Marketing Manager), Quentin (CEO) to evaluate your expertise through a use case.

    Step 4: Final Round – A closing interview with our two co-founders Quentin and Alexandre and potentially 2 additional team members from Mendo This round is focused on your vision of the market, personal motivations, ambition, and how we see ourselves building something together. It’s also a moment to explore alignment with Mendo’s culture and long-term mission.
