The position

Job description

We are looking for a confirmed Sales Account Executive with strong record reaching sales quota to join our Sales Team in Paris !
You will have a strategic role to help bring Mention to the next level.

MISSIONS

  • Understand Mention inside-out to articulate our value proposition clearly

  • Identify and target potential prospects through research, networking and outreach efforts (tel, mail, social media) to activate prospects interest.

  • Become a specialist in our industry, to better understand the needs and attitudes of our clients

  • Learn how to use the Mention’s platform to perform over-the-top demonstrations

  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and business objectives.

  • Guide prospects through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the company.

  • Accurately forecast sales and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

  • Ensure all necessary client information and requirements are documented and communicated to the Account Manager for a seamless transition.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

  • Provide feedback to internal teams (marketing, product and ops) to help refine product offerings and sales strategies.

  • Use the CRM (Salesforce) and other sales tools to your advantage

  • Follow predetermined process and sales pitch and suggest improvements

Preferred experience

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 to 3 years of successful sales in B2B SaaS, Experience in Martech is a plus

  • Experience in Inside Sales

  • Passionate about sales, strong desire to succeed, over-achieving closer

  • Strong work ethic

  • Problem solver, always eager to move forward

  • Curious and empathetic

  • Respectful of company processes, and able to work in a team.

  • Salesforce CRM knowledge,

  • French & English is a must, Spanish is a big plus
