Since the creation of Mindbaz, we have developed a fine expertise around deliverability and email marketing. The players in the messaging industry (webmails, ISPs...) are more and more attentive to compliance with the guidelines and to the feedback from their end users.

Needless to say, Mindbaz has developed skills around these best practices to support our product users.

We want to share and extend this expertise: new markets are targeted (Spain in 2021, Italy in 2023) and new products and features are being developed.

This vision is possible thanks to the strong loyalty of our employees. Some of them joined the company over 10 years ago and are helping to build Mindbaz's expertise.

⚡ In 2022, the replacement of a number of servers in our infrastructure reduced our energy consumption

🛡️ Every employee undergoes GDPR training.

📧 In 2023, Mindbaz joined the Zero Carbon Email initiative: Adding an expiration date to emails to automatically delete certain messages.

✅ Cybersecurity: The infrastructure is managed directly by Mindbaz and by the Lille-based company Cyllene, which has a strong cybersecurity department.

🚲 78% of employees commute to the office using soft mobility. At their request, Mindbaz has moved closer to the train station.
