Mindbaz brings together 3 main departments :

🟨 The Technical team

Led by Pierre-Yves, co-founder and CTO of Mindbaz, the Technical team includes frontend developers, backend developers, devops and the data team.

🟨 The Customer team

Sebastien, co-founder and CEO, is in charge of customer satisfaction. An important indicator for Mindbaz. He manages the sales team and customer service.

🟨 The Marketing / Product team

Coralie, co-founder and COO, is in charge of product evolutions and new products. Product managers, designers and marketing managers are part of this team.

👉 Software

The team develops and maintains Mindbaz products. Between the project design and testing phases, it ensures that apps are delivered on time and comply with quality objectives.

👉 Devops

The team is at the heart of the infrastructure. It manages all the servers and takes care of automating management. The team implements internal solutions and develops external solutions around email / smtp services.

👉 Data

The team is in charge of managing and updating the data platform. It is responsible for the consistency of the data stored in the database. They also take part in the technical design of new products/services.

👉 Sales department

Mindbaz sales team is in charge of sales prospecting in France and in Europe. Customer satisfaction and promoting the development of a French SaaS are at the heart of their tasks.

👉 Customer Service

The Customer Success team puts customers at the center of Mindbaz. From the signature, with a simple and interactive onboarding, to the daily programming of the campaigns, the Account Managers provide advice and support on email and deliverability issues. The Customer Success team also develops the Mindbaz tool, thanks to its middleman position between customers and the internal technical teams.

👉 Product Team

The Product team makes Mindbaz tools evolve and optimizes the user experience daily. It designs, prioritizes and guarantees the quality of future features.

👉 Marketing team

The Marketing team promotes Mindbaz products from exchanges with each division on several channels. It helps share email best practices and deliverability with high-value-added content.
