STAR Method: A Structuring Tool

What is the STAR Method ?

At Mirakl, we use the STAR method to structure our interviews. This framework allows us to explore your past experiences precisely, while assessing how they reflect your skills and alignment with our values.

STAR, in 4 Steps:

  • Situation (S): Describe a context or challenge you encountered. Example: "During a project aimed at improving customer satisfaction, we identified a key issue through customer feedback."
  • Task (T): Explain your specific role and responsibilities. Example: "I was responsible for designing an improvement strategy in partnership with the product team."
  • Action (A): Share the concrete actions you took. Example: "I organized collaborative workshops, analyzed customer feedback, and developed an action plan."
  • Result (R): Present the results achieved through your efforts. Example: "This initiative resulted in a 20% increase in customer satisfaction within three months."
