Responsibilities:
When you join us: You’ll become part of Modjo’s Sales team, composed of 4 SDRs, 5 Account Executives, and 6 Account Managers. You’ll be joining a true sales school with big growth ambitions for this year.
Your goal is simple: Help Modjo become the European leader in generative AI for sales organizations by identifying new outbound business opportunities. To help you succeed, you’ll have strong support from your manager, Account Executives, and the Marketing & Growth teams, who will provide you with high-quality leads aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Sourcing: No need to worry! Each quarter, you’ll receive a list of target accounts through a multi-channel, multi-persona approach.
Prospecting: Using this list, your main responsibility is to secure and conduct initial meetings with target CEOs, Heads of Sales, and COOs. Cold calling will be your primary tool to hit your targets!
Collaboration: After your initial presentation, you’ll hand off the prospect to your Account Executive partner and organize a follow-up meeting with decision-makers. With Modjo, you can track the entire sales cycle of your clients.
Performance: Work closely with your Sales Manager to refine your prospecting methods and pipeline management to meet monthly goals.
Team Development: You’ll bring fresh ideas, vision, and best practices to enhance Modjo’s processes.
Process Management: You ensure seamless process implementation and high-quality data, helping enrich our CRM and gaining deeper insights into our prospects.
Ideal Profile:
We offer a compensation package of €32,000 + €12,000 in uncapped monthly variable bonuses.
