Mytraffic makes it a point of honor to develop the skills of its teams and to show each employee his or her importance. We have internal mobility schemes to enable us to develop our skills and discover new parts of the company. The proof : I joined Mytraffic as CSM and in less than a year I became Senior CSM.
At Mytraffic, training starts from day one with a 2-week onboarding in the Paris Office : 1 week of common core, and 1 week of job training. That's what we call the Academy, and it takes place every first Monday of the month. The Academy is designed to make sure that all employees have a good level of knowledge on the Product, the Values, the Organisation, the Processes. We are committed to giving our new employees all the keys they need to succeed. We are also investing in continuous learning to ensure people keep developing themselves at Mytraffic. For example, all managers are benefiting from Co-development trainings with an external coach in order to develop their management skills. It is key as it has a positive impact of all employees experience. In parallel, all our sales have been trained to the Meddic methodology which is a sales qualification framework used to better qualify their sales opportunities. Some trainings are also developed internally like the one on "Feedback culture" for all employees, and "new languages" trainings for tech people. It's fundamental that our employees grow with the company !
At Mytraffic, we're all about teamwork! Cross-team building events are organized every month to give you the chance to share an informal moment with other teams. The two key events of the year: the Summer and Christmas parties, always held in exceptional locations! Throughout the year, feel-good initiatives and an Olympiad to elect our champions in various categories: Switch (Mario Kart, Super Smash, Mario Striker), Chess, Billiards and Ping Pong. Our competitive spirit also extends to all our sports: soccer, paddle, climbing and running.
