For the record, the SDR division didn't exist until 3 years ago. This service is brand new, but it has developed very quickly because there is a real need among our prospects.
Today the team counts 18 SDRs (Germany, France and Italy) and we plan to recruit around ten more SDRs over the course of the year.

With a very high level of use of our solutions (more than 15,000 customers in 82 countries), the consultants are in contact with customers from all around the world (from large international groups to local SMEs) and support them on stimulating and interesting projects, whether it is in French, English, Italian, German, Spanish or Portuguese...

Our Support department is committed to resolving customer queries as quickly as possible. Its main objective is to provide an excellent service, thereby improving the customer experience and satisfaction. Our Customer Success Managers focus on listening, analysing and exchanging information to strengthen customer loyalty.
The administrative team is the cornerstone of the company and comprises the following departments:
Administration and Finance: Sales, Accounting, Billing, Treasury, General Resources, etc.
Human Resources: Recruitment, Payroll, Training, Personnel Administration and Happiness Management.
