About us

Our cofounder, who previously led the financial department in another company, experienced the pain around procurement processes and the lack of clarity and information. To solve this, he founded Najar in 2021.

In just a few years, we’ve grown to several millions in ARR supporting 180+ customers in France and across Europe in their procurement journey, growing the team to 70+ people (including remote employees).

Following a successful Seed funding round and a Series A of €15 million led by 13Books, Portage and Tomcat, we are focused on continuing our growth and expanding our impact in the market.

We have the ambition of being the leading procurement solution in France, and Europe. Our goal is to become the strategic partner for businesses, their Architect of Trust.

Your Role at Najar

We are seeking a data-driven and creative Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate our inbound lead generation. You will own our Referral, Website, and Paid acquisition strategies, ensuring a steady and scalable pipeline of qualified leads.


Preferred experience

Your Responsibilities 🎯

  • Pipeline Generation: Drive inbound pipeline generation

  • Website & Conversion Optimization: Turn our website into a lead generation machine, improving traffic conversion and lead magnets

  • Referral Program: Build a strong referral engine, leveraging customer satisfaction to drive organic growth

  • Demand Generation: Iterate and scale high-performing acquisition channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, G2, Partner Affiliation)

  • New Channel Exploration: Identify and test new growth opportunities (SEO, Partnerships, ABM, Community Building, Interactive Demos)

What We’re Looking For 🔍

  • Experience: 3-5 years in Growth, Demand Generation, or Acquisition Marketing in B2B SaaS, preferably in a fast-growing company (Series A to B/C) with an ACV of 20k€-200k€.

  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Proven ability to increase inbound lead generation, optimize conversion rates, and execute demand generation strategies (referral, website, paid ads, SEO).

  • Data-Driven & Execution-Oriented: Strong analytical skills with a focus on pipeline impact, ROI, and the ability to ship fast, prioritize effectively, and iterate on A/B tests.

  • Collaboration & Autonomy: Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, BDRs, and external freelancers, combined with a self-starter mindset and problem-solving approach.

  • Growth Marketing Expertise: Hands-on experience in website & CRO optimization, SEO (keyword research, content, technical SEO), paid ads (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads), and automation tools (HubSpot, Zapier, Make, N8N).

  • Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to generate and execute out-of-the-box marketing ideas while balancing strategic vision and hands-on execution.

  • Nice to Have: Prior experience targeting CFOs or Procurement personas, and launching and scaling referral initiatives from scratch.
