About us

Our cofounder, who previously led the financial department in another company, experienced the pain around procurement processes and the lack of clarity and information. To solve this, he founded Najar in 2021.

In just a few years, we’ve grown to several millions in ARR supporting 180+ customers in France and across Europe in their procurement journey, growing the team to 60+ people (including remote employees).

Following a successful Seed funding round and a Series A of €15 million led by 13Books, Portage and Tomcat, we are focused on continuing our growth and expanding our impact in the market.

We have the ambition of being the leading procurement solution in France, and Europe. Our goal is to become the strategic partner for businesses, their Architect of Trust.

Your Role at Najar

As a Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing strategic partnerships that will drive Najar’s growth. Your direct report will be our Chief of Sales (also Cofonder of Najar). You will be responsible for developing joint go-to-market strategies with partners, generating SQLs, and contributing to our ARR targets through partner-driven initiatives.

Your Responsibilities 🎯

  • Develop Partnership Strategy: Create and execute a clear plan to recruit, onboard, and manage key partners in France and internationally.

  • Joint Go-to-Market Initiatives: Build collaborative strategies with major partners like SAP, Oracle, and AWS and other relevant companies and startups to accelerate pipeline growth.

  • Drive SQLs and ARR: Ensure partnerships contribute to 20% of our SQLs and ARR through effective relationship management.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align partner activities with business goals.

  • Grow Partner Network: Proactively identify and onboard new partners to expand Najar’s partner ecosystem.

  • Track Performance: Set and monitor KPIs to measure the success and impact of partnership efforts on business growth.

What We’re Looking For 🔍

  • Experience: 6 years of experience, including 2-4 years as an Account Executive and 2-3 years in Partnership Management.

  • Skills: Strong relationship management skills with experience in developing successful partner-driven strategies.

  • Collaboration: Ability to work closely with internal teams to ensure partner initiatives are aligned and integrated.

  • Results-Oriented: Proven track record of driving SQLs and influencing ARR growth through partner management.

  • Proactivity: Self-starter with the ability to independently build and scale partner relationships.

  • English: Fluent in English in order to collaborate with International Partners (other langages are a plus).
