Job description

We are looking for motivated and experienced colleague, who will support NP CZ&SK in digital communication and eCommerce activities towards focus Sales channels, Key Account Customers, Key RTM Customers and Key Final Customers to achieve Business targets and to generate long term profitable growth of NP CZ&SK.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO WORK ON:

  • In cooperation with internal stakeholders and external agencies, support NP CZ&SK digital communication plan towards defined target audiences in B2B, supporting achievement of business results of NP CZ&SK.
  • Lead integration and development of relevant tools and processes to ensure fast and flawless data flow between different digital communications systems (email machine, Adobe campaign, NP website etc.) and internal CRM systems (Limigo, C4C) to fulfill business priorities. Monitor and report key activities and key customers trends influencing NP CZ&SK activities.
  • Contribute to the development of efficient AAGR process (Attract, Acquire, Grow, Retain), developing digital ways of communication and implement new tools in order to increase its effectiveness.
  • In cooperation with Portfolio Manager, Channel Development Specialists, CCSD manager and sales support development of channel / key final customers' insights to provide relevant channels / key final customers focused activities to increase Nestlé Professional sales.
  • Support further cooperation development with key RTM and final customers via joint eCommerce projects and activities.
  • Monitor competitive digital communication and eCommerce activities, identify NP gaps and drive new activities.
  • In cooperation with CCSD Manager, Portfolio manager and Sales management contribute to the development of Channel and key Final customers' strategies.
  • Lead internal eCommerce development of the relevant marketing / CCSD / sales teams, based on EMENA and local initiatives.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • Experience in Marketing / Trade Marketing, preferably in FMCG at least 3 years
  • University degree
  • Basic knowledge of Out Of Home / Wholesale / Key Account environment
  • Understanding of Business insights, forecasting, budgeting
  • Ability to manage complex processes
  • Ability to work in cross functional team
  • Experience with Online communication
