As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in aligning and streamlining our revenue operations. This position is integral in ensuring seamless collaboration across sales, customer service, and marketing teams, utilizing data-driven strategies to foster growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Integrate and coordinate operations across sales, services, and marketing, leveraging our current tech stack including HubSpot, Zendesk, MessageBird, and Make.
Manage and optimize our existing technology tools, ensuring seamless operation and maximum efficiency.
Analyze data to continuously identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate closely with various teams, maintaining alignment of objectives and strategies.
Drive strategic initiatives to enhance revenue growth.
Proven experience in Revenue Operations (or at least Sales Ops or Service Ops) within a tech environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Expertise in key technological tools for revenue operations
Strong analytical skills, proficient in SQL, and understanding API documentation
Highly autonomous, capable of working independently with a strong initiative
Excellent communication and leadership skills
