The Tech & Product departments consist of 90 team members spread across Paris, Barcelona, and Warsaw, all working towards designing and developing our various products. They are on the front lines: from our B2C and B2B products to implementing solutions for our partners, as well as deploying our internal tools. As you can see, there is no shortage of projects here!

The Digital Marketing Team at Papernest is at the core of our growth and online visibility strategy. Comprised of 40 talented professionals, this team specializes in two key areas: SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEA (Search Engine Advertising).

Our SEO team is dedicated to optimizing our presence on search engines. By employing advanced techniques and innovative strategies, they ensure that our services rank high in search results, attracting high-quality organic traffic.

Meanwhile, the SEA team focuses on managing paid advertising campaigns on search engines. With meticulous campaign management and continuous performance analysis, they maximize our return on investment in advertising.

At Papernest, the Data team holds a central and crucial role.

This dynamic and versatile team works closely with a multitude of departments, from marketing to operations. Their mission is to analyze data to provide valuable insights that help optimize our processes, improve our performance, and drive continuous innovation.

The Data team goes beyond just collecting and analyzing data. They actively participate in defining and implementing data-driven strategies, enabling each department to make informed decisions and maximize their efficiency.

The HR department is a large team of over 25 people:

• Talent Acquisition Team: Responsible for the entire recruitment process, from defining needs with managers to making job offers. Their sole objective is to find the best talents!

• HR Team: Located between Paris and Barcelona, this team manages the careers of our 900 employees from their recruitment onwards.

• HR Operations: Based in Barcelona, responsible for various tasks including payroll management, personnel data entry and analysis. This team also handles the maintenance of our HRIS (Human Resources Information System)

The Strategic Partnerships and Sales teams are tasked with developing and retaining our network of partners in the real estate sector (real estate agencies, social landlords, etc.) and with banks.

Currently, half of Papernest users benefit from our service through these partners. Therefore, it is crucial to maintain and strengthen this network by providing personalized support to our partners. This support enables them to effectively offer our solution to their clients, simplifying administrative procedures and helping them achieve cost savings.
