Partoo is a B2B SaaS scale-up who is committed to helping local businesses, large companies or SMEs to get closer to their customers. To do this, they have developed an all-in-one platform and different solutions that revolve around 3 value propositions: Get Found, Get Chosen and Get Clients.

Through these 3 propositions, they have developed several products that adapt to changes in the customer purchasing journey:

🔎 Get Found

Presence: Synchronize store information on main platforms (Google, Facebook, Waze, etc.), directories and GPS.

Store Locator: Help customers find the store that’s right for them with up-to-date local data and dedicated filters on retailer websites.

Social Media: Manage posts on Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc.

🎯 Get Chosen

Review: Centralize, reply to and analyse customer reviews received on Google and Facebook.

Booster: Get additional positive reviews on Google through SMS and QR codes.

🫱🏼‍🫲🏽 Get Clients

Messages: Centralize and reply to all chat messages received via Google Business Messages, Messenger and soon also via Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.

At Partoo, we have two types of clients: the Enterprises, business that have more than 20 point of sales and the SMB's (Small & Medium businesses)

The SMBs division was created in 2020 and since then we've been working with more than 6,000 business across 5 countries, with a customer satisfaction rating of 4.9/5 and more than 850 reviews on our Google page!

MISSIONS 🔥

  • Ensure the satisfaction of our retail customers on the Italian market 
  • Manage a portfolio of customers from the second month after signing until the subscription is renewed
  • Ensure that our customers maintain a positive feeling towards Partoo and our relationship with them (NPS > 7)
  • Monitor a customer health dashboard to know which retailers to contact first
  • Send out reminders to strengthen our relationship with our customers
  • Answer as quickly as possible (by phone) to customers who need support - and generally making responsiveness a core part of the team's DNA
  • Increase customer use of our products
  • Submit customer testimonials to the marketing team to optimize Partoo's image
  • IT'S A MATCH 🎯

  • Italian is your first language and you are proficient in English or in French
  • You have a previous experience in sales or account management of at least 2-3 year
  • Helping small business to growth their digital present is fundamental for you
  • Entrepreneurial mindset is your characteristic (you are comfortable with instability and having to constantly break and rebuild)

  • Compensation: 36K Fixed + 15 K Variable; all our compensation scales are defined with the Figures tool and are developed through our "Career Path" (seniority, skills, and internal equity).
