ABOUT PARTOO

Partoo is a B2B SaaS scale-up who is committed to helping local businesses, large companies or SMEs to get closer to their customers. To do this, they have developed an all-in-one platform and different solutions that revolve around 3 value propositions: Get Found, Get Chosen and Get Clients.

Through these 3 propositions, they have developed several products that adapt to changes in the customer purchasing journey:

🔎 Get Found

Presence: Synchronize store information on main platforms (Google, Facebook, Waze, etc.), directories and GPS.

Store Locator: Help customers find the store that’s right for them with up-to-date local data and dedicated filters on retailer websites.

Social Media: Manage posts on Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc.

🎯 Get Chosen

Review: Centralize, reply to and analyse customer reviews received on Google and Facebook.

Booster: Get additional positive reviews on Google through SMS and QR codes.

🫱🏼‍🫲🏽 Get Clients

Messages: Centralize and reply to all chat messages received via Google Business Messages, Messenger and soon also via Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.

Account Manager superstar to help us do just that in the Italian SMB market!

This isn’t just about managing accounts — it’s about building trust, growing partnerships, and making sure every client feels like they’re your one and only (even when you’ve got 499 others 😉).

💼 What will you be doing?

As an Account Manager at Partoo, you’ll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of around 500 Italian SMB clients.

You’ll help them get the most out of our solutions while making sure they stay happy, loyal, and growing with us.

🔥 Your key missions

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of ~500 SMB clients in Italy
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic upsell and cross-sell actions
  • Oversee renewals and make churn a thing of the past
  • Handle client onboarding and ensure a smooth start to the Partoo adventure
  • Be a trusted advisor and day-to-day contact for your clients
  • Collaborate with your fellow Account Managers and other teams to deliver the best client experience
  • 🤝 Who are we looking for?

  • Someone who’s ready to play a central role in the success of both our clients and Partoo. Someone who’s commercially minded, client-obsessed, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with lots of interactions.
  • A native Italian speaker with fluent English and/or French
  • Experienced in Account Management, Customer Success or Sales
  • Client-focused: You genuinely care about helping clients succeed
  • Resilient & organized: You’ll be managing lots of clients, and they’re (rightfully!) demanding
  • A team player: Our Italian squad is made of 2 AMs + Eva, the team manager (who, despite her name, is very French 🇫🇷) — we’re counting on you to complete this dream team trio!
  • 🎁 Compensation & Benefits:

  • Fixed salary 33K + variable 12K
