Our AI agents tackle multiple domains:

• Accounting Review Agent: Extracts data from invoices, matches with POs, updates ERPs.

• Support & Copilot Agent: Answers product questions, ingests docs for Q&A, does text-to-SQL for reporting, and builds visuals.

• Banking Reconciliation Agent: Syncs bank transactions with accounting records.

• Short-Term Liquidity Agent: Automates fund transfers to keep accounts topped up and optimally invested.

Despite the complex finance problems, our goal is to deliver clear, intuitive solutions. That’s where you come in as our AI Platform Engineer—you’ll build tools and systems that reduce complexity and make launching new AI agents seamless

🛠 What You’ll Do ?

1. Industrialize Existing Agents

   • Implement monitoring, logging, and real-time feedback loops to continuously improve performance.

   • Attack latency and reliability issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.

2. Platform & Tooling

   • Develop frameworks that empower Payflowers to build and deploy new AI agents without wrestling with complexity.

   • Create self-service tools for data ingestion, model training, and deployment.

3. Applied Research & ML Innovation

   • Stay ahead of the curve on LLMs, NLP, and generative AI—experiment with cutting-edge architectures to push our agents beyond current limits.

   • Convert research prototypes into production-ready solutions.

4. Collaboration & Mentoring

   • Work closely with backend engineers, product leads, and data experts to streamline solutions that blend usability with scalability.

• Proven ML/AI Experience: You’ve launched ML/AI projects into production in data-heavy settings.

• Strong Coding & Architecture Skills: Versatile in Python, designing microservices, and scalable data pipelines.

• Infrastructure Savvy: Experience with AWS, Docker, CI/CD. Extra points for serverless or event-driven architectures.

• Analytical Mindset: Skilled at monitoring and logging to continuously refine models and pipelines.
