The position

Job description

The PayLead Operation Team leads the implementation of PayLead technologies & services for our Financial Institution Customers. As a Project Manager, you will own every step of the delivery process—from project framing to the launch of products and services.

Additionally, you will act as the main point of contact for technical topics during the run phase, ensuring smooth operations and resolving technical queries as they arise.

In this role, you will oversee projects with diverse technical, legal, product, and business components. You will collaborate across internal teams and with external partners, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional results. Reporting to Tristan, our Head of Operations, you’ll be at the heart of our customer delivery strategy, helping to shape success for our clients and PayLead alike.

Preferred experience

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the full integration of PayLead products with financial institutions, ensuring success through public launch.

  • Act as the primary contact for technical topics during the run phase, facilitating troubleshooting and supporting ongoing operations.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, legal, product) and external stakeholders to define and execute integration plans.

  • Develop and execute project plans, defining milestones, deliverables, and resources.

  • Monitor project progress, address risks proactively, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and support product enhancement based on customer feedback.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven project management experience in B2B product/service integration.

  • Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.

  • Basic technical knowledge (e.g., understanding of APIs, data flows) to work effectively with tech teams.

  • Familiarity with the challenges and requirements of financial institutions, such as compliance and security standards.

  • Fluent in French and English.
