Our IT department employs Agile methodologies to enhance project management and delivery. By utilizing sprints, which are short, iterative cycles, we ensure continuous improvement and rapid adaptation to change, enabling us to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently

Recruitment process

The recruitment process is divided into several stages:

  1. First HR Interview: explores the candidate’s values, motivations, and expectations, while offering insights into the company, team, and role.

  2. Team Manager Interview: dives deeper into the candidate’s experience and technical skills, providing more details about the role's daily tasks.

  3. Technical Interview: includes a practical exercise, allowing candidates to demonstrate their skills and problem-solving abilities.

  4. Team Interview: introduces the candidate to potential team members, offering a sense of team dynamics and work culture.
