We are looking for a Consumer Insights Senior Planner – Equity ! You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.
As part of the Global Strategy & Insights COE – Consumer Insights, under the guidance of the Head of Consumer Insights – Equity & Social Listening, and in in conjunction with the Consumer Insights Manager (Equity), the senior planner will be in charge of further developing, embedding and fostering the usage of Pernod Ricard global equity framework (PRIME).
The aim of this role is to ensure PRIME impacts business decisions at all levels of the marketing and commercial organization for global growth facilitating the identification of actionable insights and its integration in transversal briefs.
Your key missions
Specially to ensure :
An effective Equity performance measurement of our portfolio of brands to be able to react fast and to optimize brand plans & consumer engagement platforms / activations / communications
An enrichment of key programs – with a clear focus on MAESTRIA 2.0 & Matrix program (Pernod Ricard Portfolio management framework)
A continuous leverage of PRIME’s ecosystem.
1.Contribute to the on-going improvement of the Equity ecosystem
Contribute to improve Methodology, algorithm, machine learning with data scientists
Help pilot, Implement and apply the experimentation of innovative techniques within PRIME ecosystem
Help to facilitate the usage of future-focused analysis, quant, digital data sources best-in-class integration
Support best-in-class delivery and outputs
2.Lead the development of PRIME platform to ensure data is easily accessible and democratized. Strong collaboration with TECH and data teams.
3.KPIs reporting, monitoring, deep dive and evolution as per business needs. Beyond PRIME: Social listening and Search intelligence.
4.Support, nourish and collaborate with, Brand Cies, Market Cies, Regions and other transversal teams in HQ and affiliates
Engage with other entities for an on-going enrichment & upskilling
Analyze insights, learnings to help deriving global implications and share it in global accessible platforms
Feed the global Insights platform
5.Help to manage PRIME global supplier / support when needed local negotiation between Local supplier / Markets

You have a master’s degree and minimum 5 years relevant experience / Either equivalent experience in global or regional Research/Insight team in research content, methodologies and analytics
You have good knowledge across traditional and digital research/Insight methodologies & techniques – especially in the field of new date sources such as social listening, marketing analytics, etc…
You demonstrate the ability to extract value from information and transform it into sharp and actionable insights to deliver Consumer centric solutions
Capability in facilitating workshops with energy and enthusiasm / Championing the integration of data sources (Traditional & new digital sources)
You are tech savvy and being able to adopt and apply forward looking techniques in insight-building digital and technology applications
You demonstrate a great flexibility in all situations, are comfortable with change, willing to get out of the comfort zone
You are eager to learn from others to continuously test and learn, curiosity in learning & applying new thinking
You are being able to challenge the status quo and to continuously adapt, acting with a consulting mindset
You are a collaborative team player in own affiliates AND across affiliates, building empathy and interactions with all stakeholders
You speak English fluently, French is a plus
