The position

Job description

As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving strategic developments, managing stakeholders, planning, executing, and delivering comprehensive programs aimed at implementing technology solutions for our business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead global strategic developments already identified, and work with key stakeholders to create technical briefs

- Ensure the smooth functioning and overall health of the Discovery, Design, and Delivery process (e.g. sprint retrospectives, improving documentation, ensuring tech partner are delivering)

- Key extended stakeholder management: Engage with internal stakeholders across various departments to understand requirements, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business needs throughout the project lifecycle.

- Provide guidance, direction, and support to team members to ensure effective collaboration and achievement of project milestones.

- Identify potential risks and issues related to project delivery and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure successful outcomes.

- Communication and Reporting: Facilitate clear and transparent communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates, progress reports, and key insights on project status, risks, and dependencies.


Preferred experience

· Proven track-record managing development teams and extensive knowledge of Agile methodology

·  Strong planning and execution skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate organizational objectives into actionable plans and deliverables.

· Strong communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations to clients

· A ‘can-do’ attitude and proactive mindset

· Ability to work independently and remotely

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field

· 5+ years Experience working with a consulting firm or in a consulting role is a plus
